TERMS AND CONDITIONS – HAIR SALON / BARBER (GENTLEMEN’S BARBER CLUB)

1. Introductory Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of hairdressing and barbering services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) by the operator Luxury Prague Company s.r.o. ID No.: 05445566 (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) to natural persons—consumers within the meaning of the Civil Code.

2. Ordering Services

2.1 Services may be ordered in person, by phone, or online.
2.2 The scheduled appointment time is binding.
2.3 The provider reserves the right to refuse service to a customer who arrives more than 10 minutes late.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

3.1 Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled no later than 1 hour in advance.
3.2 In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service price may be charged.

4. Prices and Payments

4.1 Service prices are listed in the current price list.
4.2 Payment may be made in cash or by other available methods, depending on the location.
4.3 After the service has been provided, the customer is required to pay the full amount.

5. Gift Certificates (Vouchers)

5.1 A voucher is considered a negotiable instrument and is valid for a single use of the service or services in the amount stated on it.

5.2 The voucher is transferable—the service will be provided to the first person to present the voucher.

5.3 The voucher is valid for a limited time (6 months from the date of purchase) and expires without entitlement to a refund upon expiration.

5.4 To redeem the voucher, it must be physically presented and handed over when the service is used. The service will not be provided unless this condition is met.

5.5 The voucher can only be redeemed once. Once used, the voucher becomes invalid.

5.6 The provider is not liable for the loss, theft, or misuse of the voucher.

5.7 If the value of the service exceeds the value of the voucher, the customer must pay the difference. Any unused portion of the voucher cannot be refunded in cash.

5.8 If the voucher holder fails to arrive at the scheduled time and does not properly cancel the appointment at least 1 hour in advance, the service is considered to have been properly used and the voucher is considered fully redeemed, with no entitlement to a refund.

6. Complaints Regarding Services

6.1 Complaints must be filed without undue delay, no later than 3 days after the service is provided.
6.2 Complaints will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Liability

7.1 The customer is required to disclose any health restrictions (allergies, etc.).
7.2 The provider is not liable for damages resulting from the concealment of such information.

8. Final Provisions

8.1 These terms and conditions are binding for all customers.
8.2 The Provider reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.
8.3 These terms and conditions take effect on October 4, 2016.
